The Educity Student Hub Building is a triple-storey building attached to a two-storey building with McDonald's as the main tenant located in close proximity to several Universities at Iskandar Puteri.
​
The building was constructed utilising a mix of traditional cast-in-situ concrete and steel structures on top of an elevated earth platform.
